Newsletter Terms and Conditions By subscribing to our newsletter (VentureTales) managed by Venture Tales Kft. (VAT ID: HU32690473) you agree to receive emails from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about European startup news, companies & insights. Our newsletters may also include affiliate links and/or sponsored content. A visible note/disclaimer will be always visible in such cases. The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory. 1. Frequency The frequency of the newsletter can range from 4 to 10 per months, depending on the subscription and accesses of each subscriber. 2. Limited Liability We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newsletter at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use. We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users / visitors from our newsletter service, without notice. We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data, as well as, other considerations such as activity/engagement status. 3. Payments In case of a paid subscription, all payments will be process by our newsletter platform (Beehiiv) and their third-party provider (Stripe). 4. Privacy policy We will not communicate / spread / publish or otherwise give away your email address. You will be able to change your subscription settings or to delete it altogether anytime. 5. Affiliate Marketing and Sponsorships Venture Tales Kft. publications may contain affiliate links through which the company may earn a small commission at no additional cost to the reader/subscriber. Publications might also include sponsored content or paid advertisements. In all above-mentioned cases, the publication will include a respective disclosure to ensure full awareness of the readers.
